Flight Steward & Cabin Crew are the associates of an aircrew those are employed by various airlines. They are also called as Flight Attendants, Air Hostesses and Cabin Attendants. The primary role of a Flight Steward & Cabin Crew is to ensure the comfort and safety of the passengers and to provide hospitality service in the airlines.

• Ensures smooth handling of cargo throughout Cargo / Ramp Operations by performing multi-skilled role while utilising the resources provided effectively. Tasks required to perform Air cargo handling include, but are not limited to, documentation, customer service, acceptance, delivery, breakdown, build up, equipment operation and transport.

Ground crew or ground staff work in the aviation industry where they are engaged in various roles at the airport.
